A drama, with heart and energy in the tradition of Fame, that follows the hopes and dreams of a group of fresh-faced ballet students as they struggle to make a name for themselves in the cutthroat world of professional dance. Olympic gold medalist Ilia Kulik leads this group of talented, vibrant and supremely gifted kids who devote themselves to dance, sacrificing the normal pleasures of life to train for their art with the rigor and discipline of Olympic athletes. While experiencing the normal joys and sorrows, loves and conflicts of being a teen, they fiercely compete for a place in an ultra-selective professional ballet company and strive to take their rightful place center stage.
Rated PG-13 for language and some sensuality.
